ROARING SILENCE:

Nature of kind and aware mind

Roaring Silence is a book about mind- and life-changing Tibetan meditation practices. It is written by Buddhist teachers Ngak'chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen. The book guides the reader through a series of nine practical meditation practices - constantly encouraging the testing of experience against the theory.

During the four-hour workshop Lama Bar-ché Dorje teaches these practices and explains their deeper meaning. The point is to learn to combine the insight from the meditation practice with everyday life.

As an experienced practitioner Bar-ché Dorje has profound understanding of these methods from over 20 years. He is known as a warm, humorous and approachable teacher.

The course includes not only teachings but also hands-on meditation practices.

The course is beneficial for both beginners and more advanced practitioners.

Reading Roaring Silence is not required to attend or benefit.

The course is in English with an interpretation into Finnish available.
